Cherelle’s Journey
“(The) Central Community House staff always does everything they can to go above and beyond, helping me and other mothers.”
Raising two active toddlers is no small feat. Especially if you're a single mother like Cherelle. Cherelle works hard to stay joyful in times of adversity, but it takes a village to raise a happy and healthy family.
Central Community House’s programs and services allow Cherelle to maintain family stability. From support groups to community events, free transportation to supplying Christmas gifts for her daughters, Central Community House helps her be at her best. But most of all, she now has the tools to be independent. With the support of Central Community House, Cherelle was recently hired as an Operator for the Central Ohio Transit Authority. She’s a shining example to her two girls that hard work pays off and asking for help can open new doors you never thought possible.
